About the role
- As a Flutter Developer, you will be a key contributor within our mobile engineering organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop & Scale: Build, maintain, and scale robust mobile application features and reusable UI components using Flutter and Dart.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with R&D, product management, and engineering teams during sprint planning, feature estimation, and technical architecture discussions.
- Write Exceptional Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following modern mobile development patterns and object-oriented design principles.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure maximum application performance, layout stability, low latency, and fluid micro-interactions across both iOS and Android devices.
- Integrate APIs & Protocols: Implement seamless third‑party API integrations, working smoothly with REST APIs and WebSocket communication protocols.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Actively engage in code reviews to maintain high technical standards, offer peer support, and ensure alignment with established engineering practices.
- Document & Share Knowledge: Contribute to improving engineering processes, internal documentation, and mobile development guidelines to foster ongoing team growth.

Requirements
- Flutter Expertise: 2-3 years of hands‑on experience with Flutter and Dart, with at least one live, production application published in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Software Fundamentals: A strong understanding of Dart fundamentals, mobile design patterns, OOP, and SOLID principles.
- 2-3 years of hands‑on experience with Flutter and Dart, with at least one live, production application published in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Nice to have
- Experience with native mobile languages such as Kotlin, Java, or Swift.
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and containerization.
- Experience working within a fast-growing, international technology hub or distributed team environment.
- Exposure to regulated industries (such as fintech, healthtech, or iGaming).

Compensation
- $120,000-$140,000
