About the role

  • This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role at a fast-moving early-stage company.
  • You're the person who makes everything else run on time.
  • The candidate we're looking for does the following:

Responsibilities

  • Manage lease relationship and renewals.
  • building a one-off landing page for every keyword, every campaign change, every A/B test, then waiting on design and engineering to do it.
  • Today we deliver on-brand pages on your own domain in minutes, with no rebuilds and no engineers.
  • Imagine a website that builds new pages, tests creative, and optimizes performance in response to real-world signals: competitive shifts, user behavior, trending search queries, the way an autonomous vehicle responds to road conditions and traffic.
  • Own the CEO's calendar, inbox triage, and meeting prep.
  • Book travel and manage logistics.
  • Maintain and improve our AI-assisted follow-up workflow.

Requirements

  • You know when to ask, when to decide, and when to just handle it
  • You can draft a credible follow-up email, a candidate note, or a vendor brief without hand-holding

Nice to have

  • You've used AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Relay, Zapier) to automate real work, not just experiment
  • You've run an office move or a company offsite end to end
