- The ideal candidate has strong experience programming DSPs, microcontrollers, and digital control loops for high-performance power electronics systems.
- This position requires expertise in real-time embedded systems, digital compensators, communication interfaces, power sequencing, telemetry, and protection algorithms for high-efficiency power supplies operating in demanding environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
- Strong experience with digital power conversion systems.
- Strong programming experience in:
- Experience programming:
- Strong understanding of:
- Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, analyzers, and power measurement systems.
- Experience debugging embedded systems in hardware environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with digitally controlled IBC architectures.
- Experience with AI server power delivery systems.
- Experience with multiphase VRM control.
- Knowledge of GaN and SiC power systems.
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink or control modeling tools.
- Experience with FPGA-assisted control systems.
- Experience implementing PMBus telemetry and datacenter power management features.
- Familiarity with power integrity and transient response optimization.

- Intermediate Bus Converters (IBC)
- Multiphase buck converters
- Isolated and non-isolated DC-DC converters
- GaN and SiC based power architectures
