About the role
- As a Manufacturing Operator, you will operate a variety of production machinery and equipment to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
- This role plays a critical part in maintaining manufacturing efficiency, safety, and product integrity.
- Ensure all work aligns with established procedures and Quality System standards.
Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs, validation protocols, and cleaning programs to maintain GMP compliance.
- Perform line changeovers involving cleaning, disassembly, reassembly, and lubrication of equipment.
- Support line performance and preventive maintenance to meet production schedules.
- Participate in efforts to improve equipment utilization, reduce changeover times, and implement new technologies and automation.
- Utilize SAP to manage tasks such as material requests, transfer orders, confirmations, and handling unit assignments.
- This information ensures we meet certain regulatory and reporting obligations and supports the development, refinement, and execution of our inclusion and belonging programmes that are open to all Haleon employees.
Requirements
- A minimum of a HS Diploma or GED is required
- Prior experience in a production environment
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work and succeed in a team environment
- Ability to lift 5-25 lbs. frequently and occasionally lift drums, bags and cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to wear required PPE as necessary

- Product formulation experience
- Equipment troubleshooting and cleaning
- Shift: Nightshift- 6:00pm-6:30am Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
