- This person should be confident taking initiative, managing responsibilities independently, and supporting the overall vision and execution of the denim department.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director in the creation and execution of seasonal apparel collections
- Build compelling trend, concept, and customer presentation decks
- Create and maintain technical packages (tech packs) with accurate garment details and construction information
- Partner closely with overseas factories and vendors on daily communication regarding development, submits, approvals, timelines, and execution
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Independently oversee and support daily denim department responsibilities when needed
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of apparel product development experience including denim
- Strong understanding of washes, fits, fabrications, and garment construction
- Experience in creating tech packs and working directly with overseas factories
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience reviewing wash developments and laundry submissions

Compensation
- The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00, which can vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
