Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize workflow, warehouse capacity, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with warehouse safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company operating procedures.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. While this is a salaried position, flexibility to work beyond these hours may be required as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities and support business demands.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,700.00 - $116,300.00 per year.
