About the role
- In this role, you will serve as the primary engine for post-close value realization, ensuring acquired companies are seamlessly folded into the Procore ecosystem and deal theses are converted into tangible operational and financial results.

- This position reports into the VP - Finance Transformation & Technology and will be based in our Austin, TX office or remote.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of post-acquisition Finance integration workstreams, managing processes from Day 1 readiness through full operational synergy capture.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to align integration timelines, track dependencies, and manage key deliverables.
- Build and maintain integration trackers, dashboards, and status reports to surface risks and blockers for executive review.
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and stand-ups to maintain workstream momentum and drive organizational accountability.
- Document operational processes, decisions, and key learnings to continuously evolve and scale the M&A integration playbook for future acquisitions.
- Demonstrated project management discipline with the organizational ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive cross-functional accountability without formal authority.
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate complex details between technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.
- Use your financial systems proficiency, analytical rigor, and project management discipline to bridge the gap between deal strategy and operational reality while mitigating integration risks for leadership.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Compensation
- 90,400.00 - 124,300.00 USD Annual
- This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
