About the role
- You will be responsible for defining the system's functionalities, coordinating with clients and multiple internal teams, and ultimately delivering a product that meets the unique needs of our clients in the insurance accounting space.
- Salary Range $207,000.00 - $295,550.00 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dedicated team focused on the Clearwater Private Funds System.
- Develop and maintain private funds focused products to deliver meaningful insights and data transparency to clients.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth roadmap execution and alignment with business ob jectives.
- Provide insights and support on how investments are tracking against indices, investment allocations, and values at risk.
- Drive operational excellence through structured and disciplined project management.
Requirements
- 10+ years in the insurance accounting industry, either as a practitioner or technologist.
- Strong understanding of private markets, specifically related to insurance accounting.
Compensation
- $207,000.00 - $295,550.00 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
- Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
