Responsibilities

- Have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in textile and rug design, including 4+ years managing a design team.
- Can own the design process end to end - from concept to production - crafting concise collection narratives and distilling key insights for leadership.
- Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done.

- Havenly is looking for a Senior Textiles Designer to expand our textile collections, with a focus on hand-loomed and hand-knotted rugs.
- Cross-Functional Partnership Present new collections to leadership and internal teams through the lens of merchandising and mission.
