About the role

  • This is a clinical track position; rank and salary are commensurate with experience.
  • The applied practice faculty (APF) member will facilitate student learning and competency development through clinical hands- laboratory instruction (hands-on skill development, simulation) and hospital-based clinical teaching.
  • This position will provide continuity of instruction for groups of students across both learning environments, ensuring integration and consistency between simulation, clinical learning, and formal competency assessment.

Requirements

  • This position requires a formal degree in the cited discipline area(s) to ensure that candidates have the foundational knowledge and skill set required to perform the duties of the position.
  • Masters degree in nursing.

Nice to have

  • Prior teaching experience in lab and clinical environments.
  • Experience as a preceptor in a clinical environment.

Compensation
