Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Leadership Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to set long-term objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
- Process Optimization and Efficiency Analyze existing workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
- Implement and monitor systems and tools to support operational excellence.
- Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental managers and staff.
- Budgeting and Resource Management Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Implement systems to ensure business continuity and adapt quickly to changing market demands.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Technology Integration Drive the adoption of automation, and other advanced technologies to improve production and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).
