Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Leadership Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set long-term objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
  • Process Optimization and Efficiency Analyze existing workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Implement and monitor systems and tools to support operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental managers and staff.
  • Budgeting and Resource Management Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Implement systems to ensure business continuity and adapt quickly to changing market demands.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Technology Integration Drive the adoption of automation, and other advanced technologies to improve production and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).
