About the role
- As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations.
- You'll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- No prior experience required-just a willingness to learn and work hard
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment
- Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Effective time management and task prioritization
- Clear verbal communication and active listening
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment

- This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around Dallas, TX and able to work the assigned schedule with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs.
