Responsibilities
- Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed.
Requirements
- Successful candidates will be required to meet all Oregon State Department of Human Services requirements
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a caregiver and/or supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to provide references
- Able to attend two weeks of PAID in-house orientation and training (M-F 9am-5pm for two weeks)
- Have a passion to help others through person-centered care
- People-oriented and have a team approach
- Good communication is key in this role.

- Sun-Tues 2pm-10pm - 24 hrs/week
- Fri-Sat 1pm-6pm - 10 hrs/week
- Fri-Sat 3pm-11pm - 16 hrs/week
- Thurs-Sat 9:45pm-5:45am - 24 hrs/week
- Sat-Sun 10pm-6am - 16 hrs/week
