Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed business processes and procedures.
- In partnership with the business departments and technical teams, develops detailed systems design specifications and components (user screens, program logic, calculations, formats, reports, interfaces, etc.).
- Develops system acceptance test plans, objectives, and cases/scripts.
- Provides problem resolution and enhancement support for production applications.
- Provides system support and troubleshooting for the business departments.
- Develop and maintain reporting as needed by the business departments.
