Responsibilities
- Delivers nursing care according to the standard of care defined by UAMS, ANA, and Standards for specialty patient populations with support and mentoring by other team members
- Collects and documents assessment data
- Develops a Plan of Care (POC) per standard
- Acts as a resource/supports others;
- Delivers patient care using the principles of the defined nursing modality;
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
- Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience

- Valid Registered Nursing License
- BLS certification within 30 days of hired.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethics and accountability.
Nice to have
- Charge RN or Leadership experience.
- One (1) year of clinic or ambulatory setting experience.
