About the role

  • Now we need someone to come in, set the foundation for how marketing operates at Sola, and help us get to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Own how Sola looks, sounds, and shows up across every touchpoint, and hold the line on quality when things get busy
  • Our agents are how we grow, so build marketing programs that genuinely serve them and give them real reasons to champion Sola
  • Sola owns every layer of insurance, and that's what lets us build the best insurance products in the world.
  • Build a PR presence that gets Sola into the conversations that matter.
  • Customer and partner driven.
  • Curiosity drives progress.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing
  • Have experience in a regulated industry where trust is the product
  • Have a track record of taking a company from Series A through B and beyond
  • Built trusted communities in the area you have marketed
  • You have a strong eye for what works and what doesn't, and everything that goes out the door should reflect that

Nice to have

  • We want someone who has been in the early innings before, ideally someone who has taken a company from seed or Series A into real scale, and is genuinely hungry to do it again.

Compensation

  • $155,000–$175,000 base salary + bonus + equity
