Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, management reporting, and board-level financial communications.
- Proven leadership experience managing, developing, and scaling high-performing finance teams.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects, meet tight deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Partner with business leaders to understand operational trends, translate business drivers into financial forecasts, and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operating decisions.
- Support capital allocation, product strategy, pricing, growth, cost management, and operational efficiency initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and business case development.
- Own the executive point of view on performance:
- Partner with treasury, capital markets, accounting, legal, and executive leadership to ensure investor and lender reporting is accurate, timely, complete, and aligned with company messaging.
- Support responses to investor, lender, rating agency, and other external stakeholder inquiries, including analysis of financial performance, portfolio trends, funding metrics, liquidity, and business outlook.
- Monitor industry, peer, and capital markets trends to inform senior leadership, support external positioning, and strengthen investor communications.
Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field required.
- MBA, Master's degree, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, capital structure, debt, liquidity, credit performance, portfolio analytics, and key financial and operational KPIs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning, ERP, reporting, business intelligence, and data visualization tools is strongly preferred.
- Experience with OneStream, SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred.
Compensation
- $240,000-$290,000 USD This position is eligible for an annual short-term incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average.
