- Ensure compliance with all Safety and Quality standards, processes, procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment, 12hr nights, every other weekend, and possibly some holidays.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Ability to climb ladders and traverse elevated platforms with frequent standing and walking.
- Ability to detect differences in color shades and brightness.
- Must be able to lift low to medium weight on a regular basis
- Must possess good interpersonal skills required to work in a team environment
Nice to have
- Manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude a plus.

Compensation
- This 600,000 square foot processing plant has 3 production lines and can produce up to 80 million pounds per year of Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins).
- The Entry Level Production Worker position is a 12-hour rotating shift from 6pm-6am with rotating weekends off with a starting pay rate of $22.04 per hour plus a shift differential.
