Responsibilities
- Use data insights to influence operational behavior and drive improvements in damage identification and claim accuracy
- Train and support field teams on the Damage Management Portal with a focus on improving data quality and reducing unallocated damages
- Partner cross-functionally (operations, finance, legal, IT, analytics teams) to improve processes and standardize best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable, data-backed solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in claims, analytics, finance, or a data-driven operational role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting)
- Basic proficiency in SQL for querying data from relational databases
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to balance data analysis with execution in a fast-paced environment
- Success requires the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and proactively uncover opportunities to improve claim quality, increase recoveries, and reduce disputes.
Nice to have
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
