About the role
- This role involves operating a variety of industrial machines including coilers, spring testers, shearers, and grinders to complete assigned tasks.
- As a member of Barber Spring PA, you will be responsible for operating a variety of assigned machines to produce parts according to established specifications and engineering drawings.
- This role requires reviewing and interpreting blueprints or work instructions for parts to ensure all components are manufactured within quality standards.

- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to hanfle or feel product, stoop kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Ability to wear required PPE such as steel-toed boots, hearing production, and safety glass or any other equipment as required.
