About the role

  • The Warehouse Supervisor is a hands-on position.
  • Work Schedule: 5:00pm to 5:30am (Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule)
  • Assist with accident investigations as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in all aspects of promoting the Company safety program immediately identifying and eliminating risks to drive safe working habits and behaviors.
  • Maintain solid customer satisfaction levels relating to quality, accuracy of loads and on-time delivery, while ensuring the highest level of operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain an open dialogue and communicate effectively with Manager, shift lead person, and employees to ensure that work in warehouse is completed efficiently, on time, and with a minimum of errors.

Requirements

  • The Warehouse Supervisor must be familiar with all positions in the warehouse to help out when necessary to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and all work is completed efficiently and on time.
  • Employment is subject to verification of an applicant's identity and eligibility for employment in the United States as required by immigration laws.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma - College Degree Preferred
  • 2-5 years' experience in a leadership role within a Warehouse Department or related area
  • ERP(SAP) experience is desirable
  • Experience with "just in time" manufacturing preferred
  • Basic computer skills essential
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and to positively coach and motivate others

  • Available for required overtime to support business needs
  • Perform assigned duties following "Good Manufacturing Practices "
  • Actively participate in special teams representing the warehouse

Compensation

  • Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
  • The pay range for this position is
  • $86,000 - $91,000 USD
