About the role
- As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you serve as a technical leader within the community's maintenance team.
- In this role, you take ownership of complex maintenance issues, guide preventative maintenance programs, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality service to residents.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and support Service Technicians and assist in leading maintenance operations.
Requirements

- 3 - 5+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or multi ‑ family housing.
- Advanced skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building systems.
- Ability to mentor staff and support daily departmental leadership.
