About the role
- This is a hands-on leader role at the center of plant operations, responsible for driving inventory accuracy across raw materials, work-in-process, and finished assemblies.
- You will supervise daily inventory activities, enforce standard work, and ensure SAP transactional discipline, maintaining tight alignment between physical inventory and system data.
- Ensure accuracy of all SAP inventory transactions (goods movements, adjustments, transfers etc).
Responsibilities
- Lead inventory control activities across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Develop, enhance, and standardize inventory control processes to improve accuracy, and compliance across manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and analyze SAP inventory variances; drive root cause and corrective actions with cross functional team.
- Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and engagement.
- Maintain documentation and audit trail of all customer inventory confirmations and discrepancy resolutions.
- Partnering with Production, Planning and Logistics team to Drive accountability for accurate and timely SAP entries,
- Drive process standardization and best practices in SAP usage.
- This position will oversee cycle count programs, lead discrepancy investigations, and drive root cause and corrective actions to resolution.
