About the role

  • The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing production and its team, in accordance with cGMP standards as well as health and safety regulations.
  • The position also requires hands-on involvement in manufacturing processes and a high interest in technological innovations in mRNA.
  • Monitor team performance in accordance with key performance indicators in place and take necessary actions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les pairs, les superviseurs et les départements de support.
  • Ability to collaborate fluidly with peers, supervisors and support departments.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years of experience in personnel management
  • University degree in science/engineering.
  • Excellent writing, oral communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Demonstrated aptitude or ability to learn in order to gain a strong understanding of GMP regulations.
