About the role
- The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing production and its team, in accordance with cGMP standards as well as health and safety regulations.
- The position also requires hands-on involvement in manufacturing processes and a high interest in technological innovations in mRNA.
- Monitor team performance in accordance with key performance indicators in place and take necessary actions as needed.
Responsibilities

- Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les pairs, les superviseurs et les départements de support.
- Ability to collaborate fluidly with peers, supervisors and support departments.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of experience in personnel management
- University degree in science/engineering.
- Excellent writing, oral communication and organizational skills are required.
- Demonstrated aptitude or ability to learn in order to gain a strong understanding of GMP regulations.
