Responsibilities
- Working together with people from many backgrounds, personal passions and disciplines, we share a drive to push the boundaries of science, technology and engineering to meet the ever evolving needs of our customers worldwide.
- This position will support the development, build, and test validation of ruggedized electronic equipment for military applications.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills are required for success in all phases of the role.
- Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience, master's degree with 10 years of experience, Ph.D with 8 years of experience in Science, Technology, Mathematics or related technical fields
- an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- U.S Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) prior to start.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
Nice to have
- Active US Government Secret Clearance or higher.

Compensation
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- $153,600.00 - $230,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
