Requirements

  • Required every other weekend rotation
  • Applicants may be required to furnish proof of vaccination.

Nice to have

  • Assesses need for and prepacks oral and solid medications for dispensing
  • High school diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Graduation from an ASHP accredited or PTCB recognized Pharmacy Technician Training Program preferred.
  • 1 year of pharmacy experience
  • Previous experience with Cerner, Pyxis, Pharmogistics, Carousels.
  • Licensure as Pharmacy Technician by the Maryland Board of Pharmacy.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
  • This is a per diem position with a rate of $28/hour.

Compensation

  • If the salary range is not displayed or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
