About the role

The Senior Towing and Storage Adjuster plays a critical role in driving claim efficiencies and managing complex claims.
This position involves a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and mentorship.
During the recruitment process, we will discuss and consider how your unique qualifications align with the broader range for this position.

Working with our vendor partner (Co-part) to ensure that vehicles are released and any issues with release are addressed.
Support junior Adjusters by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Providing assistance in the handling of files by all APD handlers to ensure they are given opportunities to learn how to manage complex and litigated files.

Making payments into court when needed and working with counsel as required for these payments.
Experience with RSLA and TSSEA

The expected base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $103,500.
