About the role
- The Senior Towing and Storage Adjuster plays a critical role in driving claim efficiencies and managing complex claims.
- This position involves a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and mentorship.

Responsibilities
- Working with our vendor partner (Co-part) to ensure that vehicles are released and any issues with release are addressed.
- Support junior Adjusters by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Providing assistance in the handling of files by all APD handlers to ensure they are given opportunities to learn how to manage complex and litigated files.
Requirements
- Making payments into court when needed and working with counsel as required for these payments.
- Experience with RSLA and TSSEA
Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $103,500.
