About the role

  • The Senior Towing and Storage Adjuster plays a critical role in driving claim efficiencies and managing complex claims.
  • This position involves a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Working with our vendor partner (Co-part) to ensure that vehicles are released and any issues with release are addressed.
  • Support junior Adjusters by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Providing assistance in the handling of files by all APD handlers to ensure they are given opportunities to learn how to manage complex and litigated files.

Requirements

  • Making payments into court when needed and working with counsel as required for these payments.
  • Experience with RSLA and TSSEA

Compensation

  • The expected base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $103,500.
