About the role

  • Moelis & Company is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGLL) group in New York.
  • The role offers significant exposure to M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions across the sector.
  • Associates are core members of deal teams, expected to take on meaningful responsibility in transaction execution while managing junior resources and delivering high-quality analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee financial analysis and valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
  • Manage Analysts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output
  • Support execution of M&A, financing, and advisory transactions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to lead and manage junior team members

Requirements

  • Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree required; finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred

Compensation

  • USD $175,000 - $225,000
