Requirements
- The ideal candidate is an experienced media professional with strong strategic thinking, client management capabilities, and hands-on expertise in media planning and buying.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning and buying.
- Strong knowledge of media strategy, planning, buying processes, vendor negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, financial documentation, and campaign reporting.
- Ability to confidently present recommendations and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with media research and planning platforms such as SRDS, Kantar, Nielsen, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with digital media platforms and analytics tools such as Looker Studio or comparable reporting solutions.
- Experience mentoring team members and reviewing media plans and campaign documentation.

- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, presenting media recommendations, performance insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Stay informed on emerging media trends, tools, and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Compensation
- Competitive salary range of approximately $100,600 - $151,000 USD depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
