About the role
- The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to produce clean, precise, high-quality work while also learning and assisting with the LPE production process.
- The training period will be at the Hillsborough NJ facility for a few months and will be shifted to the Easton, PA facility after the training period ends.

Responsibilities
- Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area
Requirements
- Minimum four years of experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Proven experience as a welder or fabricator
- Proficiency with welding equipment and related tools
- All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
Nice to have
- Jewelry-making or jeweler experience is a plus
- Welding certifications or technical training are preferred
Compensation
- We will offer supplemental compensation during training and commute time between sites.
