About the role
- We serve the most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a model value-based model.
- Under the direction of the Executive Director, Clinical Nurse Manager, or Clinical Nurse Director, the WelbeHealth Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager II is accountable for organizing and directing the day-to-day RN Case Manager program.
- This role may also involve overseeing clinic staff and coordinating clinic flow to ensure effective WelbeHealth clinical services are provided, and quality of care standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop workforce plans and ensure appropriate staffing, recognizing diverse staff experience levels and unique participant needs
- Manage direct reports including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring, possibly having direct reports across multiple sites
- Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects
- Highly motivated, inspirational leader who can engage, support, and remove barriers for the team to ensure the team consistently meet established goals

Requirements
- Participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training, and meetings

- WelbeHealth maintains required infection control and PPE standards and has requirements relevant to all team members regarding vaccinations.
Nice to have
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with unencumbered RN license with which you practice required
- bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
- One (1) year of supervisory experience with demonstrated aptitude to mentor and develop team members preferred
Compensation
- consists of base salary plus bonus.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
- $134,056 - $167,523.20 USD
