About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Personal Lines Account Manager role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency success.
Consistently perform service and sales administration tasks in a high volume, face paced environment.
Perform accurate data entry, quote and process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance as well as prepare new business and renewal quotes and applications.

This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze client needs and work as a team alongside licensed insurance agents.
Must be willing to become licensed within 90 days of hire.
Experience with e-signature platforms such as DocuSign.
Experience with Insurance related Client Management Systems.
Experience with Acord Forms and Supplemental Questionnaires.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Familiarity with sales processes and customer service best practices.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on client needs.

Minimum 1 year or equivalent experience in the insurance industry, preferred but not required.
Active Texas Property and Casualty License, preferred but not required.

Utilize analysis skills helping the producing agent to assess client requirements and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
