About the role

  • This is a full-time, on-site Personal Lines Account Manager role.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency success.
  • Consistently perform service and sales administration tasks in a high volume, face paced environment.
  • Perform accurate data entry, quote and process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance as well as prepare new business and renewal quotes and applications.

Requirements

  • This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze client needs and work as a team alongside licensed insurance agents.
  • Must be willing to become licensed within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience with e-signature platforms such as DocuSign.
  • Experience with Insurance related Client Management Systems.
  • Experience with Acord Forms and Supplemental Questionnaires.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on client needs.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 1 year or equivalent experience in the insurance industry, preferred but not required.
  • Active Texas Property and Casualty License, preferred but not required.

Skills

  • Utilize analysis skills helping the producing agent to assess client requirements and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.

Compensation

  • $40k-$48k
