Responsibilities

  • Build and grow new business across organizations with 5,000-10,000 endpoints.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a strong pipeline of target accounts.
  • Lead account planning focused on customer pain, business outcomes, and measurable value.
  • Coordinate internal resources across pre-sales, professional services, customer success, marketing, and partners.
  • Manage both tactical opportunities and larger strategic deals within your territory.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management with a win-win mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Compensation

  • Maintain accurate quarterly and annual forecasts.
  • The base salary for this role is $70,000-87,000 gross per year, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $130,000-160,000 with additional opportunity to earn commissions above this range.
  • Your total rewards compensation package includes base salary and may also include a commission or performance bonus plan.

Company info

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in inside sales, commercial sales, or a closing role.
  • Proven track record of pipeline generation, opportunity creation, and quota achievement.
  • Strong prospecting discipline and experience optimizing sales cadences.
  • Ability to sell business value, not just product features.
  • Confidence engaging IT and business stakeholders.
  • Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and modern sales tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn Nexthink's platform, the DEX category, and customer use cases.
