About the role
- This position reports to the Urgent Care Supervisor.
- Adheres to all CW and Urgent Care policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provides exceptional care to patients and families to fulfill our patient experience promise.
Responsibilities
- Provides clerical support to the clinic through answering and directing telephone calls, opening, sorting and routing incoming mail.
Requirements
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
- American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required
Nice to have
- Prior customer service experience Preferred
- Required flexibility in order to prioritize efforts to meet needs of the patients, parents, physicians and other staff.
- Proficient in a Windows environment.
- Requires the ability to sit for extended period of time while performing duties.
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
- During periods of high volume, additional shifts may be required.
