Responsibilities
- Own troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of process instrumentation and control systems in a high-speed manufacturing environment, including flow, pressure, temperature, and analytical equipment
- Maintain and optimize 4-20mA systems and analyzers (pH, conductivity, turbidity, chlorine, dissolved oxygen) to ensure system accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Troubleshoot and repair valves, actuators, and process equipment to drive system uptime and operational efficiency (including but not limited to Gate, Globe, Ball, Butterfly, Check, Pressure, Double Block and Diaphragm).
- Perform mechanical work on or around process piping.
- Interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical documentation to diagnose issues and drive timely resolution
- Analyze maintenance and process data to drive improvements in equipment reliability and process performance
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and fluid systems (liquids and gases)
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation to resolve technical issues
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends, with ability to perform physical work as required

- High School Diploma or GED required; 4+ years of industrial experience or 2-year technical degree in instrumentation, controls, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of industrial experience or 2-year technical degree in instrumentation, controls, or related field preferred
- Experience with safety practices (LOTO, confined space), CMMS systems (SAP), and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Mig, Tig, Stick, Brazing and Soldering skills are a plus.
- Sanitary Pipe welding ability is a plus.
Compensation
- $42.925/hourly, with the opportunity to earn additional through overtime
