Responsibilities

  • Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a registered behavior technician to provide classroom based behavioral support for elementary age students with autism and emotional support needs.
  • Provide classroom behavior support throughout the school day.
  • Encourage positive behaviors and build meaningful relationships with students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to help students achieve their goals.
  • Training and ongoing support from experienced professionals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain all required state and federal background clearances, drug screening, physical examination, and district-specific requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience working or volunteering with children preferred, especially children with disabilities or behavioral needs.
