Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, define requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions within Agile frameworks.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
- Review business and technical requirements, solution designs, test strategies, and implementation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Support production releases, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- In this role, you'll lead the delivery of high-impact technology initiatives, working closely with business partners, developers, architects, and vendors to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- You will own the squad backlog, drive Agile delivery, and ensure technology investments align with business objectives and client outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Product Ownership, Business Systems Analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian Wealth Management industry, including business processes, products, and regulatory considerations.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery tools.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and digital platforms is an asset.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAML authentication, identity management, and application session integration.
- Knowledge of data privacy, governance, or compliance frameworks relevant to our industry.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and system architecture concepts
- Experience with workflow automation and integration tools (e.g., Power Automate).
- Understanding of API concepts, documentation and testing tools.
- SAFe or Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master) are considered an asset
- Work on strategic initiatives that shape the future of Wealth Technology.
