Responsibilities

Requirements
- Six (6) years of construction operations experience OR Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field and two (2) years of relevant experience
- Experience with computer-based scheduling software, spreadsheet applications, project management software, and virtual construction software
- Applies comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and disciplines, including structural, site layouts, piping, BMS, life safety, lighting, HVAC, power, and inspection protocols
