About the role
- The Part Time Sales Associate is responsible for supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and executing day-to-day store operations.

- Pay Range for this position is: $12.00-$15.65/hour.
Responsibilities
- Builds brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieves weekly loyalty sign up goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures assigned, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point-of-sale integrity.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.
- Lifting and carrying, ability to maneuver and/or lift 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking the store.
- Manual labor is required occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout.
- Ability to use fine manipulation, and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing, ex. place on hangers, folding, organize in color/size order.
- Passion for the brand and knowledge of the customer and products.
Nice to have
- This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day.
- Additional availability a plus.
Compensation
- Annual merit increase or bonus based on performance.
- Pay Range for this position is: $12.00-$15.65/hour.
