Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly analytical role.
- At least 1-2 years of Commercial Finance / FP&A experience required.
- Strong understanding of P&L dynamics, revenue drivers, unit economics, margin analysis, ROI, business cases, and driver-based forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify the "question behind the question" and focus analysis on the business decision that needs to be made.
- Experience working with AI / LLMs to automate repetitive work and improve the quality of our models and analyses.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift and the right answer is not always obvious.
- Strong judgment, maturity, and executive presence, including the ability to respond calmly and credibly to questions, challenges, and pushback.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other advanced degree a plus
- SQL, Looker, Python, or similar tools are a plus.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000.
