Responsibilities
- Provides detail technical design to developers
- Perform code review and mentor other developers
- Our global consulting firm combines creativity and innovative technology to deliver industry-leading digital solutions.
- Through research and development initiatives in our FinLabs we develop solutions for modernization, from Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain to Data Science models, Digital Underwriting, mobile-first applications and more.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing code and ensure the quality and performance of software application.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Software Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience with microservice architecture and containerized application design (5+ years)
- Hands-on experience with project setup, schema creation, development of queries, documents and dashboard
- Experience with.NET API for backend API development
- Experience with front-ed web frameworks and toolkits such as React and Angular, Typescript or JavaScript (3+ years).
- Experience with Test-Driven Development in writing integration, acceptance, and unit tests (5+ years)
- Experience with AI implementation
- Experience with Git is required
- Experience with Docker container and Kubernetes is required
Nice to have
- Experience with CICD pipeline, Jenkins is preferred
- Experience with Azure and AWS is preferred but not required

- The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
- In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $90k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).
