- Operate and set up blocking equipment to process stators according to production requirements, ensuring proper tooling, setup verification, and adherence to standard work procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience, military service, or relevant vocational/technical training preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to work any assigned shift.
- Detail-oriented with strong quality focus
- able to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
- lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- operate machinery for extended periods
