Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools to validate data and partner with data engineering and business intelligence.
- Comfort building something new and carrying it through from definition to a working system.
- Experience shaping how usage data is modeled and structured, or partnering closely with the engineering teams that build usage-data pipelines.
- Experience building customer-facing usage views or self-service usage reporting.
- Own the customer-facing views that let customers see and understand their own usage of the platform.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse - Snowflake preferred, but comparable platforms also welcome.
- Hands-on experience with a BI tool - Power BI preferred, but comparable platforms also welcome.
Compensation
- The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable.
- Some roles may qualify for overtime pay.
- Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
- $155,000 - $165,000

- NetDocuments is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to build and own NetDocuments' authoritative record of how customers use our platform: usage data captured in real time, down to the individual user and feature.
- You'll decide what the platform measures and why, define the requirements for engineering to capture it, maintain the data as the product grows, and own the customer-facing views that let customers see their own usage.
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) as part of daily work - to speed up analysis, documentation, and recurring tasks - with the judgment to check the output before acting on it.
