Responsibilities
- Maintain secure and compliant storage of all prescription and non-prescription medications.
- Support compliance tracking, reporting, and preparation for audits.
- Operations & Campus Support
- Support additional operational needs as assigned.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- This role collaborates closely with school staff, families, and external partners to promote a safe, healthy, and supportive school environment.
- The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Participate in required campus and network meetings, trainings, and compliance activities.
Compensation
- Compensation: $15.00–$17.00/hour (DOE)

- Notify parents/guardians when necessary and document all health office visits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student health records, including immunizations, screenings, and visit logs.
- Create and maintain Arizona Health Records and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
- Conduct required hearing and vision screenings and submit reports to appropriate state agencies.
- Conduct periodic health office audits and analyze trends to support program improvement.
