Responsibilities
- Own the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio end-to-end-what we sell, where we sell it, and how it evolves over time (launch → scale → lifecycle management → deprecation).
- Define and land a multi-quarter roadmap aligned to the broader Hardware strategy, manage dependencies, and drive delivery to measurable outcomes.
- Drive supplier accountability across feature set, quality, cost, and lead times, using field signals (RMAs/tickets) to close the loop on corrective actions.
- Lead by influence teams across Product, Design, Hardware Ops, Support, GTM, Finance, and Legal to execute launches cleanly and improve portfolio profitability.
- Cross-functional leadership across Product, Design, Ops/Supply Chain, Support, GTM
- Fortes compétences analytiques avec la capacité d'extraire des données des retours de marchandise (RMA), des billets de support et des systèmes opérationnels pour identifier les tendances.

- Extreme ownership: the ability to work autonomously, takes initiative and assumes responsibility when "grey" areas are present
