Description Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a role that blends clinical excellence, professional growth, and a flexible schedule?

Our intensive treatment approach includes a residential placement with in-depth assessment and implementation of function-based interventions, combined with comprehensive caregiver training to ensure maintenance and generalization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative
BCBAs collaborate with caregivers during assessment and discharge planning to establish goals for the reduction in challenging behavior, instruction in functionally equivalent responses, and functional communication.

Requirements

Ability to attend full-time, paid new-hire orientation Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (2 weeks).
Devereux is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required.

Compensation

$75,000-$90,000/year, based on experience and education, plus a $2,000 sign on bonus!
