  • BCBAs collaborate with caregivers during assessment and discharge planning to establish goals for the reduction in challenging behavior, instruction in functionally equivalent responses, and functional communication.

Requirements

  • Ability to attend full-time, paid new-hire orientation Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (2 weeks).
  • Devereux is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required.

Compensation

  • $75,000-$90,000/year, based on experience and education, plus a $2,000 sign on bonus!
