About the role

  • Reports to the Associate Director of Schools, Finance and Operations.
  • Serve as the steward for Lab Schools regulatory and compliance needs.
  • With Lab School leadership, co-chair ISACS (Independent Schools Association of Central States) mulit-year re-accreditation process.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the Lab Steering Committee made up of faculty and staff.
  • Conduct data analysis, manage accreditation data systems, and produce comprehensive accreditation reports.
  • Develop and maintain schoolwide academic calendars and monitor instructional time to ensure compliance and continuity.
  • Provide analytical support for organizational decision-making and special projects.

Requirements

  • include a college or university degree in related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in N -12 academic environments.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in compliance management.
  • Proven data management skills and advanced proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace,
  • Working knowledge of Apple hardware and operating systems
  • Ensure Lab Schools maintain required compliance through timely documentation, reporting, and tracking deviations.

Compensation

  • $31,835.00 - $41,200.00 The included pay rate or range represents the University's good faith estimate of the possible compensation offer for this role at the time of posting.
