Requirements
- Some travel may be required from time to time

- Identify, research and analyze relevant federal, state and local requirements and translate into business solutions and processes
- Assist General Counsel with dispute resolution and litigation oversight including drafting demand letters, managing discovery, and negotiating settlements
- Assist with oversight of risk management
- Conduct periodic employee training sessions with respect to company policies, and programs to promote awareness of legal issues and a culture of compliance
- Other job-related duties as assigned
- 7+ years of experience at a leading law firm and/or corporate legal department
- Outstanding written and oral business communication skills
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
