About the role

  • DevOps Engineers are essential when it comes to keeping both our customers and engineering team running.
  • As part of the Cloud Platform and DevOps group you will work on products critical to our operations and software that proactively detects issues with systems in the data centre, in the cloud, or at customer sites.
  • Automation is at the forefront of anything we do!

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to maintain critical production infrastructure focusing on availability, reliability and security
  • Contribute to deliver a suite of platform services consumed by internal partners across teams and functions
  • Operational support of multiple regions including a FedRAMP environment

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Agile principles
  • Linux system proficiency
  • Hands on experience with container orchestration environment and tools (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD)
  • Hands on experience with production level environments, on-call and incident management
  • Proficient knowledge of Python language
  • Familiarity with telemetry tools/pipelines (metrics, logs, and traces)
  • Hands on experience with Databases (RDS, MariaDB, DynamoDB)
  • Familiarity with Security activities (vulnerability scan and management)
