- Oversee daily department operations, ensure timely completion of documentation and tasks, and coordinate with managers across departments regarding new team members.
- Attend team meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:30pm EST.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and workplace policies preferred.
Compensation
- $12k-$15k
